Here we are again, Natural Health Family. It’s great to be talking with you today. We have officially sprung forward and I am sure everyone has different opinions about it. However, it does remind us that we are ever so close to the Spring season and with that comes opportunities for change and growth. Health can indicate that we are moving through life with ease and not resistance. Resistance can cause us to be more stressed; this is not a bad thing, but it is a way to move us gently or abruptly back on the path of health.


What is health? So many ideas and understanding fill the minds of people all over when they hear the word health. Nonetheless, when we look at the actual definition of health it means “wholeness.” So what does this mean? When we are giving so much of our power or energy away due to factors outside of us or circumstances that we don’t have control over, we can drain ourselves to a point where we can start having issues or dis-ease. When our bodies are balanced, we have a greater ability to have more energy for health and healing. Of course life can come with its stressors, so we can always support ourselves in various ways. We are gifted with the body that we have. It serves us in so many ways and performs so many functions without us even being aware of it. What better time than now it is to get back the energy for your health and healing so you can live a life worth living.


In these times of vast information and immediate gratification, we must slow down and appreciate our ability to heal. As we learn (or better yet unlearn) all the ways that we can be sick and remember how health can come about, we become whole and can unleash our healing potential. Have a great week!
