Fears

Hi, Natural Health Family. I imagine everyone had a good weekend and got some much-needed rest. Today, I wanted to explore the aspect of fear and how it can affect our health and well-being. Let's break it down together so that we can see and overcome needless fears and live a more joy-filled life.

Would you disagree that we all have some fears that we have going through life? It seems like the fears come and go. However, if we look closely, we can see that the fears are actually just perceived fears. Of course, we will go through and experience challenges in life, which can be a little frightening at the time. That is why we can implement faith in that time, knowing that things have worked out before. Also, especially in these times, it appears that the media and many other resources proclaim many fearful things which, when we take a step back we can see are also not true. This warrants us to be sure to check in with ourselves at times so that we can help us realize that these fears that we may have are not so true and need to be seen with the light of truth. As we become aware of these fears, we allow ourselves the ability to overcome and transcend them. At times, other people that God puts into our lives can also help us see what we need to see or hear what we need to hear, giving us the courage to overcome.

At this time, we can get caught up in the white noise of comparing ourselves to others, worrying about the worst-case scenarios, overthinking what others think of us, and feeling lacking when everyone else appears on social media to have it all. When we can be aware of this and shift our way, our perspective and know that everyone is going through the journey, then let us realize that we can lift ourselves and others so that we can all experience life with more joy, greater health, and a knowing that we are all in this together. Have a great week!
