Welcome back, Natural Health Family. Easter weekend is past us now and spring is upon us. As many of us celebrated new life this weekend, we can all open up to new changes and adventures for the year. When you look out in the world and the mainstream, you may start to think more about the many aspects of sickness, with all the drug commercials, the fears of older age, etc. However, you don’t see all the aspects of health, of new life, and how amazing our bodies are, and the potential of our healing capacity. Let’s explore health and why it is important to better understand what brings about health.

Have you ever wondered about the mysteries of how your body forms from the smallest of the small to where you are now? Imagine what this process. Starting out with two cells, life starts to duplicate the cells from 2 to 4 to 8 to 16 and so on until around 50 trillion cells make up your body as it is now. So, what is allowing these cells to do this? It is the same life and energy that helps your body heal and regenerate new cells each day. The human body regenerates around 330 billion cells per day. How powerful is that? What wonder that your body can do this and you don’t have to do any of the work. Your body is able to heal and regenerate, breathe, circulate your blood, keep your heart beating, etc., every day. So why do we give so much of our energy and attention to what the world keeps saying about sickness and why our bodies aren’t meant to heal? That may be something for you to explore.

We are all faced with many challenges in life, and we all know that without health life is not as enjoyable. We need to learn and understand health so that we can not fear what the world says, but rather rely on the wisdom and intelligence of our body and the potential that we all have. To have new life, we don’t have to fight the old but rather build up and explore a new way, one that allows us to live a happy and healthy life. Have a great week!
