Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation –
I hope that you had a great weekend and am looking forward to the warmer temperatures. It sure was nice getting above freezing for a change. The cold is just another stress on the body and if you have no reserve, can lead toward lowered immune system response, which leads to “catching” a cold or flu. I also think a lot of the sickness that were seeing is due to the junk we ate around the holidays and the stress from it all. Don’t forget that at Natural Health, we not only help our patients get healthy, but help them to grow a reserve of necessary nutrients and learn what to eat and not eat to keep a body healthy. Please tell your friends and neighbors that we are here and ready to help them be healthy too. Our small office can just not afford to do big ad campaigns in TV or whatever so we rely on word-of-mouth referrals from patients and their friends that have had great results with us. Thanks for your help in making America healthy again, even in a small way.
