Welcome back, Natural Health Family. I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend as we move into the spring season. We are getting more rain, allowing for more greenery and crops to grow. Today, let’s talk about being for something rather than against it.
When you think of rainy days, what do you think of? Do you think of the gloominess, the lack of sunshine, the inability to be able to do certain things, or just plain not liking it?
Or, rather, do you think about what it does for farmers to grow certain foods, for flowers to bloom, for a chance to take a rest, or see it as a blessing, etc.? Many times we can be so quick to judge or assume something that is neutral, such as rain, being a bad thing. This is just one example. Nonetheless, when it comes to our health and the daily life stresses and struggles, it is important to embrace them more. To see things as more of a blessing rather than a hindrance. We may never know at times if what is now or what has happened lead us to the right path. In society and the world at large we are conditioned to be against so many things. We are taught to fight the issues, the problems, and so on. Instead, we can be for the good, the ability of our bodies to heal, and for health.
The world can get us distracted and fearful of what is happening. It can lead us to think that we are victims of the issues that prevail in modern society. However, we have the choice to choose for ourselves and stand for our health and wellbeing. I encourage you to focus on the good this week and see what life brings to you.
Have a great week!
