Environment and Stress

Today I wanted to give a little inspiration in this time of what can be worry or fear. Many people are experiencing different issues such as health issues, financial issues, relationship issues and others. Let me share a little inspiration for you today.

Do you know how powerful you are? Do you realize that your body is constantly fighting off bugs and viruses, breathing, keeping your heart beating, and repairing itself all the time. Every second you lose millions of cells only to make those millions of cells right back. Your body is an adapting machine and is the reason why we are here today. Stress is an important aspect of our lives. However, it is not how much stress we have but how we are able to adapt to that stress.

When we undergo too much stress from our environment, then we limit our true innate potential to heal and protect ourselves. Like I have mentioned before, there are three causes of stress: physical/trauma, chemical/toxins or lack of nutrients, and emotional/thoughts. It is important to take time for ourselves and limit this stress so that we can adapt at a high level. A great way to stay healthy and calm is to know how powerful you really are. We should be concerned about what is going on but think intelligently about the situation at hand. The more fear and worry we feed this fire the more it grows. Also, the more we fear and react the weaker we become. The chemicals that the body makes when we feel fear weakens our immune systems. When our energy is not placed on our bodies but on the outside world around us, we lose energy that our other systems need such as the immune system.

We will be going through some negative times with what is happening now. However, there is always a balance in this world. We will learn and grow as well because of it. This will make us stronger and we will be closer as people. We always want to help you alleviate the stress that you may be experiencing at the office to unlock the healing power within you.

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us…
