Be Curious

Welcome back Natural Health Family! I imagine everyone had a good weekend. Fall is a time for change. Sometimes in life it can feel like we are on a cycle that keeps repeating. This can be different for everyone. However, when this is the case we can view it as an opportunity to see what is needed in order for change to occur. When we come from a place of curiosity, we can learn so much more. 

Health is important for us to enjoy life more fully. When we feel better and our bodies function better, we can experience more of what we do in a more joyful manner. Many times and for many people, we tend to chalk up having a health issue as just part of life. However, when we start to be curious about health and understand it more clearly, we can see that it is much more attainable then what we have been led to believe. It doesn’t help with the US having one of the lowest rankings when it comes to health in the world. This can influence people to think that health issues, dis-ease, and illness are normal. Therefore, we must be willing to be curious and explore ways in which we can be healthy. Not to try to do everything and anything to be healthy but to realize that it is our normal state. Once we learn more about health and ourselves, we will start to shift the tides and become the change needed for this country to be healthy once again. 

We have been conditioned to see what is wrong by many influences. Nonetheless, we have the power and choice to see what is right so that even when we may have some issues we have the ability to overcome what we thought before, impossible. Thanks for reading.
