Graditude

Welcome back Natural Health Family. I imagine everyone had a good weekend and starting this new year well. As we head into 2024 many people may have goals, intentions, resolutions, etc. that they want to achieve. This is all great and it appears that more people are wanting to find more ways that they can help themselves in many aspects of life. Although 2023 might not have been the way we wanted it to go or just didn’t get done what we wanted to we know that we can keep moving forward, even if it’s just a few steps. This year I believe for many people will come down to getting their health back. Let’s talk about some aspects that can help us with that endeavor.

With so much information out there it can be difficult to know where to turn. Many times, especially if you get on social media or google it seems like there can be two opposite answers to the same question. However, if you think about the health of our nation and that of the world we can see that the current paradigm or framework for our health is unfortunately not working. Therefore, we must do our own research and find ways to help ourselves. The best ways to know where to go is in the results. With that being said, many people try to find solutions to problems out of fear, panic, or worry. I think we have all been there. But today I want to encourage another way. We all know that life can work in mysterious ways.

Sometimes when we want something that it can come to us in the most unexpected ways. We can often get caught up in our heads trying so hard to think our way out of a current issue. When we are able to take some time to relax we allow life to unfold more. Today we have more and more research on the effects of practicing gratitude and what it can do for our health. As we practice gratitude, it naturally gets us back into a state of relaxation and thus again allowing life to show us what is needed.

Today’s world can move so fast. That can often make us think and feel overwhelmed about what all is going on. Therefore, we must be able to slow ourselves down so that we can not only help ourselves but others. So try adding a little time everyday this year to practice gratitude, even if it seems so small because it can be the little things that count.

Have a great week!
