Hi Natural Health Family! I hope everyone is doing well and having a good day. We just passed through Valentine’s Day and are getting closer to springtime. We know that there will be the ups and downs of the Midwest weather, but eventually, a new season will emerge. More emphasis is being placed on our health in this country, which is important considering the current status of chronic illness. As the seasons will soon change, let’s talk about how change will help guide us to a healthier life.
Would you disagree that there needs to be a certain change when it comes to the state of our health as a nation? It appears that chronic illness rates are at an all time and that more children are suffering from illness. If we keep going at this rate we will not be able to help others and others. That is why we need to shift our way of going about health. We need to understand more of who we are and how we operate. It is important to understand how our body is able to be healthy rather than point out and be fearful of all the ways sickness can occur. We need to realize our own power and be able to utilize it to benefit ourselves and the ones around us. This is not to condemn or condone the way that is has always been done through the medical system. Rather, it is a message for us to learn, to educate ourselves, and to grow as individuals so that we can see the change in the world that is needed more than ever.
When it comes to health, let’s not point fingers at how it all got this way; that will solve itself. Instead, let us embrace a new approach, or rather, let us remember practices and ways to help ourselves be and stay healthy. Let us realize our true innate healing potential and continue to help others along the way. Have a great week!
