Women’s Health: What is hormone balance?

Hello Everyone in Natural Health Nation-

I hope that you had a great weekend and were able to get outside and enjoy the greenery.  It sure is nice to have everything green and looking like life has returned to nature.  At the end of the winter, it really gets old looking at the brown grass and leaf less trees.  I really enjoy his time of year but the problem is it’s so busy that it slips away from us quickly.  Pretty soon, before we know it, it will be the middle of the summer and hot.  So, if you get a chance, try to get outside and walk barefoot in the grass, this is called grounding, and enjoy this beautiful time in the year.  Just remember that we have great products here to help your body handle all the dust and pollen and mold that we breathe in during this time of year.  People think that this is allergies but really, it’s just an overloaded liver and detox system, which gives you symptoms of “allergies”.

As we’ve move on to May now, we’re changing our health shop topics to that of Women’s Health.  This coming week we’ll be talking about Hormone Imbalance and should be an interesting topic.  There are so many things’ women can do to help with hormone balancing and we’ll talk about many of those during this health shop.  Of course, we will be live on Instagram and Facebook and eventually posting the video to Brighteon.com and Youtube.  Over the years, we’ve treated many patients with hot flashes and other hormone imbalances, and find that diet has a lot to do with it.  Also, when women go through menopause, the adrenal glands take over and most of them are already stressed anyway.  Another cause of hot flashes is an issue with the body not being able to move fluid correctly.  That’s the teaser, you’ll have to listen to the whole health shop to get more information so watch the presentation live or on video if you can.

The article that I’m sending along looks at the need for vitamin B3 and how it helps different functions in the body.  That’s all well and good but the articles talking about synthetic sources and a single vitamin.  At Natural Health, we’re using nutritional supplements from Standard Process which are whole food concentrates.  Why that is important is because this is a source of the vitamin that’s in nature and includes all the cofactors, enzymes, minerals and  co-vitamins, that are all importance to the body to be able to utilize the target vitamin you’re after.  Also, whole food supplements are much more easily digested and absorbable in the body, rather than highly concentrated synthetics.  This is a major difference and is important for people to realize because they spend tons of money on synthetic vitamins that don’t do anything for the body because the body can absorb them.  A good example of this is calcium.  Many people are on calcium supplements for certain reasons but if your stomach acid and the intestinal PH is not correct, won’t absorb it.  That’s why we’re different here at Natural Health because we take these things into consideration and don’t just sell people bottles of vitamins without knowing how they work in the body.  Most everyone needs nutritional supplements because of the poor diets and the processing of the foods and how depleted the soil it’s raised on is.  It doesn’t do any good, if they are the wrong sources and are undigestible.
