Resistance
Today or this week, I recommend that you open yourself up to this possibility. See if there is any resistance in your life and do not judge it anymore but embrace it.

Life at times can seem like a rollercoaster. We can have many things going on especially as the holidays are right around the corner.
What do you think about when the topic of Christmas comes up? Do memories of burning the turkey come up, not quite getting the right gift, the craziness of shopping in the stores, having to travel to everyone’s houses, etc?
As the holidays approach, remember to take it slow. See that all the activities are fun ways to express more of life.
It is amazing what we can do when we keep our eyes set on what we intend to create and allow the pieces to fall into place.
As the holiday season approaches, take a moment to reflect on what truly matters—peace, balance, and meaningful connections. Discover how small steps toward finding peace in your relationships and daily life can make this season even more fulfilling.
Can you imagine a world where health is normal and that sickness is the outlier? A world where we know the cause of issues and understand how to get ourselves back to health?
When you think back to all the family events, the holiday parties, and everything in between we realize how much emphasis we put on the small things.
What if health was our normal state and illness or sickness was a sign that we were off? What if we didn’t see disease as something that comes about due to age or family, but rather as dis-ease, a lack of ease of our brain and body?
Health is important for us to enjoy life more fully. When we feel better and our bodies function better, we can experience more of what we do in a more joyful manner.
